白城职业技术学院毕业论文 龙门刨床横梁升降机构的电气控制设计 学生姓名： 专业班级： 指导教师： 职 称： 起止日期： 2012.3.5～2012.6.20 白 城 职 业 技 术 学 院 摘 要 随着我国 经济建设的 发展，电气控制装置规模迅速的壮大起来，龙门刨床是机械工业的主要工作母机之一,在工业生产中占有重要位置。龙门刨床主要应用于刨削大型工件，也可以在工作台上装夹多个零件同时进行加工，是工业的母机。龙门刨床的工作台带着工件通过门式框架作直线往复运动，空行程速度大于工作行程速度。横梁上一般装有两个垂直刀架，刀架滑座可以在垂直面内回转一个角度，并可沿横梁作横向进给运动；刨刀可以在刀架上作垂直或斜向进给运动；横梁可在两立柱上作上下调整，一般在两个立柱上还安装可沿立柱上下移动的侧刀架，以扩大加工范围工作台回程时能机动抬刀，以免划伤工件表面。机床电气部分由主电路和控制电路组成，其主要部件为接触器继电器，通过继电接触器控制电动机转动停止和正传反转进而完成各种工艺要求 关键词：龙门刨床；夹紧；放松；电气控制；电力拖动 Abstract With the development of economy in China, the scale of electric control device for rapidly growing up, Longmen machinery industry is the main work of the planer tool, in the industrial production occupies an important position.
