月三组间症状排序经统计学分析后，排便困难、排便时间、排便频率 3 个症状排 序，治疗组＜对照组 1＜对照组 2，且差异明显（P＜0.05），可知在改善排便困难、 排便时间、排便频率 3 个症状效果方面，治疗组＞对照组 1＞对照组 2；下坠感、 腹胀 2 个症状排序，治疗组＜对照组 2＜对照组 1，可知在改善下坠感、腹胀 2 个症状效果方面，治疗组治疗组效果＞对照组 2＞对照组 1，在改善粪便性状方面， 至少有 2 组差异不明显（P=0.924＞0.05）。 结论： 中药配合穴位埋线疗法、单纯中药疗法、单纯穴位埋线疗法对肠道气滞型功 能性便秘患者的便秘症状均有改善作用，而中药配合穴位埋线疗法优于单纯中药 疗法及单纯穴位埋线疗法。单纯中药疗法在改善排便困难、排便时间、排便频率 3 个症状远期疗效方面较好；单纯穴位埋线在腹胀、肛门下坠感 2 个症状远期疗 效方面较好，单纯穴位埋线在排便困难、腹胀 2 个症状方面不宜反复；中药加穴 位埋线疗法则综合了单纯中药疗法及单纯穴位埋线在治疗功能性便秘中的作用， 可一定程度上缩短疗程，并提高远期疗效。 关键词： 埋线疗法；功能性便秘；中药治疗 II 万方数据 A CIinical Study on Treating Intestinal Qi Stagnation Type Of the Functional Constipation with Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy and Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Speciality:Internal Medicine of TCM Author:Qiu Yafang Tutor:Chen Ｙan Abstract Objective The study was to observe the different effects on treating Intestinal qi stagnation type of the Functional constipation with Traditional Chinese medicine and Acupoint catgut embedding therapy、pure Traditional Chinese medicine therapy and pure Acupoint catgut embedding therapy ，thus to find whether Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can enhance the effect on treating Intestinal qi stagnation type of the Functional constipation with Traditional Chinese medicine therapy。 Methods 84 patients according to the diagnostic standard、inclusion criteria、 discharge standard promised to use the therapies.
