PAGE 3 CF3I气体自动灭火系统在外浮顶油罐中的应用 陶贤文1 李绯2 袁国清3 李金林4 (1.中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司北京分公司，北京100085; 2.中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司北京分公司，北京100085; 3.中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司北京分公司，北京100085; 4.中国石油集团工程设计有限责任公司北京分公司，北京100085) 摘 要：CF3I气体自动灭火系统集成火灾监控、检测和气体灭火等系统，24小时监控，自动检测并迅速扑灭早期由于雷电、静电引起的外浮顶油罐边缘密封圈内的火种，降低大面积火灾蔓延的可能性，避免泡沫灭火系统和消防冷却水系统的启动。CF3I气体自动灭火系统具有灭火迅速、后续无须清理、对环境友好等优点，在中东以及世界各地的大型双密封圈的外浮顶油罐中得到了广泛应用，而在国内鲜有应用实例。伊拉克某石油储备库双密封圈外浮顶油罐采用CF3I气体自动灭火系统与人工确认启动低倍数泡沫灭火系统、冷却喷淋系统相结合的消防设计方式，为国内大型外浮顶油罐的消防设计提供新思路。 关键词：外浮顶油罐 CF3I气体自动灭火系统 国家石油储备库 泡沫灭火系统 湿式 预作用 Application of CF3I Automatically Suppression System on Open-top Floating Roof Tanks Tao Xianwen1 Li Fei 2 Yuan Guoqing3 LiJinlin 4 (1.China Petroleum Engineering Co, Ltd. (Beijing), 100085) ABSTRACT: CF3I automatically suppression system combines fire detection and extinguishing system together, supervises and detects the fire in 24h a day, extinguishes the fire in the rim seal fast which is normally caused by lightning or static?electricity, reduces the possibility of large fire, avoids to starting of foam system cooling water system. It has the advantages of knocking-down the fire fast, no cleaning-up after use and environment friendly, it has been used widely in the entire world, but rarely used in China. CF3I Automatically suppression system is selected on open-top floating roof tanks with primary secondary seal in one Iraqi project, low expansion foam extinguishing system and cooling water system are designed together for tanks but needing confirmation to be started. This kind of control philosophy provides new ideas for firefighting design in domestic giant petroleum storage depots.
