第 PAGE 4 第 PAGE 4 页 杭州萧山机场机坪运行管理研究 摘 要 作为一个民航大国，我国民航业在近几年以迅猛的发展势头稳步前进，国内大型枢纽机场都以初见雏形。在各个大机场不断扩建发展的同时，机场的安全管理也成为了当下所有机场着重研究的方向，不断提高管理水平与方式是推动大型枢纽机场发展的关键环节。而在机场的管理中，停机坪的安全管理是提高枢纽机场服务效能，确保机场安全、有序运行的重要方面。深入研究枢纽机场机坪管理，具有十分重要的现实指导意义。 本文通过对大型枢纽机场停机坪管理的阐述，指出机场机坪易出现的事故与不安全因素，以杭州萧山国际机场为例，分析该机场在机坪管理上的特点，并从机场的机坪管理的实际工作中遇到的问题进行研究，如航班的作业保障不规范、场内交通混乱等提出对机场机坪管理优化方案，并从往后机场的发展上提出意见，使机场机坪管理运作更安全并有效地进行。 关键词：杭州萧山；机坪；优化； RESEARCH ON THE OPERATION AND MANAGEM ENT OF THE APRON OF HANGZHOU XIAOSHAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Abstract As a big country of civil aviation, China Aviation Industry in recent years to the rapid development momentum of steady progress, major domestic hub airport to initial prototype.
