毕业论文 第 PAGE II页 中国民航飞行学院毕业论文 第 PAGE 1页 考虑入界点限制的多机场协同放行策略 摘 要 现在地面等待策略是机场离港流量控制的常用手段，研究对象是在机场预备起飞的航班序列。在协同放行的管制条件下，起飞航班采取的流量控制手段仍然为地面等待，即让飞机在地面等待一段时间，以避免空中交通拥挤，等待的时间长度调整后的起飞序列以协同放行的方式统一决策并发别发布。考虑到现行空域使用矛盾及流量拥塞区域分布，本文将研究重点从机场降落容量转移至航班飞行过程中经过的拥挤空域，并以预计经过该空域的未起飞航班为研究对象，构造新的基于协同放行的地面等待策略。在基于协同放行的地面等待策略中，研究对象为多个机场的起飞航班，这些航班将经过同样的流量拥挤空域。这里将这些经过同个空域的航班定义为“同向”航班。这些航班根据计划起飞时间可以推算到达拥挤空域的入界点时间，基于该入界点时间，对同向航班进行地面等待调整。最终达到减少航班延误的效果。 关键词：地面等待策略；协同放行；拥挤空域；“同向”航班；入界点； Considering the boundary point limit airport more collaborative release strategy Abstract Now the ground holding strategy is the common use of the airport departure flow control, the object of study is prepares takeoff sequence of flights at the airport. In collaborative release control condition, the flight take-off to traffic control measures for the ground still waiting, that is the plane on the ground waiting for a period of time, to avoid the air traffic congestion, and waiting for the length of time after the adjustment takeoff sequence unified decision-making in the form of joint release concurrent dont release. There will be those same flight airspace defined as synthetic flights.
