PAGE PAGE 2 毕业论文 洛阳鑫隆铝业ERP应用的调查分析 院系名称 姓　　名 学　　号 专　　业 会计学 指导教师 2011年5月20日 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 知识经济和信息时代的来临，使生产制造企业面临着严峻的挑战。以生产为主的洛阳鑫隆铝业有限公司也面临着信息时代到来的考验，如何在日趋激烈的市场中胜出，能否高效的利用企业各方面的资源，为企业提供高质量、低成本的管理，是洛阳鑫隆铝业有限公司实施企业资源计划（ERP）的原因。 ERP系统在国内企业中的实施，毕竟还是一个崭新的课题，具备什么样的条件可以引入ERP系统；企业实施ERP系统会面临什么样的风险；实施过程中如何进行控制、规避风险以及最后对实施效果的综合评价等问题，都需要我们进行深入的综合性研究，为国内企业成功实施ERP，提升信息化管理水平提供理论依据。 本文根据实习期间对洛阳鑫隆铝业有限公司ERP系统应用进行调查，并与销售经理及财务总监进行了沟通和了解的基础上，重点论述了鑫隆铝业在实施ERP过程中遇到的问题以及公司解决相对问题的对策。首先，本文对ERP系统的研究现状进行理论分析。再次，针对洛阳鑫隆铝业ERP系统应用的调查结果，着重分析ERP在企业应用中遇到的问题，最后针对这些问题提出了相对应的一些改进措施。 关键词：洛阳鑫隆铝业；ERP系统；应用； Abstract The knowledge economy and information ages oncoming, causes the manufacturing enterprise to face the stern challenge.
