Phubbing—Reading for writing 教学设计 课程名称： Phubbing—Reading for writing 所属学科：初中英语 适用对象：九年级学生 执教者： 陈晓 作者单位：青田县华侨中学 联系电话一、教学背景分析：手机作为当今社会使用最为广泛的通讯工具之一，极大地便利了人们的生活，工作和学习，同时也带来了一系列问题。正因为其使用之广，应用之多，价格之适宜，学生人手一部手机，甚至人手多部手机的现象十分普遍。手机的的作用可好可坏，因此引导学生恰当使用手机就显得十分重要。 二、教学目标： 本课程以读促写，旨在通过阅读提高学生们的“话题”框架式写作能力。 三、教学重、难点 教学重点：运用提建议句型解决问题。 教学难点：如何分析和解决自己和他人生活和学习中存在的问题。 四、教学方法： 1.恰当运用多媒体辅助教学，增加趣味性，提高课堂效率。 2.以学为中心，注重分层教学，尊重差异，让不同层次的学生都能参与Pair work group work 等，获得成就感。 3.采取 “以读促写”的教学方法，注重培养学生的审题思题能力，从而提高学生们的综合写作能力。 五、教学过程设计 Step1. Let’s watch Show the students some pictures about playing mobile phones. T: What do you think of mobile phones? Ss: It’s useful / popular ... . T: Then show students some pictures about the social phenomenon-- phubbing. And ask, “What is the man doing?” Ss: He is playing mobile phone when walking. T: It is very common in our life. People hold their phones on the hands everywhere they go and snub others. Here teach the word “snub”, make them guess what it means. Next,let the ss watch a video about phubbing. T: Do you know what “snub”means now SS: It means “care nothing”. T: We can see the phubbings everywhere in our life. (Give the Chinese meaning of phubbing ) Let’s read a passage about “phubbing” Step2. Let’s read 1. Skimming reading. How many paragraphs are there in the passage? What does “phubbing”mean? 2.
