心内科住院患者睡眠质量分析与护理干预体会 哈尔滨市第二社会福利院黑龙江哈尔滨150059 【摘 要】目的：了解心内科老年住院病人睡眠质量，分析睡眠障碍原 因，探讨改善睡眠障碍的有效措施。方法：对我院2015年5月一2015年12月 心内科98例住院睡眠障碍患者采取问卷调查及深入访谈相结合的方法进行调查, 找出心内科患者睡眠障碍的原因；随后，将98例患者随机分为两组，对照组实 行常规护理，干预组实行有针对性的护理，7d后对两组患者睡眠障碍进行测评。 结果：心内科住院老年病人睡眠障碍症状主要为早醒(40.2%)、入睡困难(35.1%)、 夜醒、醒后入睡困难等。主要原因依次为疾病因素、心理因素、环境因素、其他 因素。通过有针对性的护理干预后，干预组患者睡眠障碍改善明显，干预组好于 对照组，表明护理干预可有效改善患者的睡眠质量。结论：心内科患者睡眠质量 较差，通过其实施合理的睡眠护理干预，能明显改善睡眠，有利于患者康复。 【关键词】心内科；睡眠质量；护理干预 Cardiology inpatient sleep quality analysis and nursing intervention Experienee 【Abstract 】Objective: Cardiology elderly patients sleep quality, sleep disorders an a lyze the reasons, investigate effective measures to improve sleep disorders. Methods: The hospital in May 2015 - December 2015 Department of Cardiology, 108 cases of hospitalized patients to take sleep disorders questionnaire and in?depth interviews with a combination of methods to investigate to find out why Cardiology sleep disorders; then, 108 patients patients were randomly divided into two groups, the implementation of routine care group, the intervention group practice of nursing, 7d after two groups of patients with sleep disorders evaluation. Results: Cardiology hospitalized elderly patients with sleep disorder symptoms included waking (40.2%), difficulty falling asleep (35.1%), night waking, wake up after falling asleep difficulties. The main reason were disease factors, psychological factors, environmentai factors, other factors. Care through targeted intervention, there is a wide gap between the two groups (P lt;0.05), sleep disorders in the intervention group improved significantly in the intervention group than the control group, suggesting that nursing interventions can be effective in improving sleep quality of patients. Conclusion: The poor quality of sleep in patients with Cardiology, through its impleme ntatio n reas on able sleep nursing interve ntion can sign ifica ntly improve sleep, it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients. 【Keywords] Cardiology; s
