In order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, more and more enterprises put third-party logistics companies into their supply chains. But how to select a suitable supplier of logistics enterprises is a key problem . In this article, we discussed about the overview why enterprises choose logistics services. and then set forth establish the third-party logistics supplier evaluation system and study the system evaluation of third-party logistics supplier selection process to build a relatively complete third-party logistics supplier evaluation target system. Enterprises through the target system can easily and quickly select and evaluate the potential of the logistics supplier, at the same time this system will also help enterprises with good performance of the logistics supplier to establish a healthy and stable relationship. And then, based on supplier evaluation model and methods bring up the strategies of how to choose logistics supplier.
