I want to know whether/if you are free tonight. 2.Is June a good time to visit Hong Kong? I wonder whether/if June is a good time to visit Hong Kong. whether/if 引导的宾语从句是由一般疑问句变化而来,但从句一定要用陈述语序。whether/if 意为“是否”，两者一般可以互换。 If 与whether的区别 1. I don’t know he will come or not. 与or not连用只能用whether 2. I don’t care of he is handsome. 介词后面只能用whether 3.
