毕业设计(论文)说明书 题 目： 多位置保健按摩椅的创新设计 院 （系）： 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师单位： 姓 名： 职 称： √题目类型： 理论研究 实验研究 工程设计 工程技术研究 软件开发 √ 2011年 6月 10 桂林电子科技大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE I 摘 要 本文阐述了多功能保健按摩椅的创新设计与制造，对方案的选择、设计原理以及按摩椅的加工制造进行了详细的论述。该按摩椅具有背部、腰部和脚底按摩功能，使用一台电机来实现背部按摩与腰部按摩。控制直流电机驱动齿轮减速机，带动主传动轴转动。主传动轴还通过定滑轮、动滑轮、钢缆绳及限位开关带动背部按摩轮上下往复滚动，实现对背部的滚动按摩，通过调节限位开关的位置来调节按摩轮的按摩范围。腰部按摩盘可根据使用者的腰围来调节腰部两侧按摩盘间距，实现转动倾斜挤压按摩。 本文的创新点主要是将市场上背部转动式或捶击式定点按摩创新设计为背部整体滚动式按摩，另外创新设计了腰部赘肉和脂肪挤压式按摩，按摩速度可通过电路调节，同时还增加了可伸缩拖动的脚底滚子按摩。与市场上已有产品相比，功能多样，执行可靠，具有较高的性价比。 关键词：按摩椅；链轮传动；齿轮传动；滑轮组；直流电机；限位开关； Abstract This paper expounds the design process of multi-function massage armchair, and discusses selection of the design principle and the corresponding scheme. This massage armchair has back, waist and foot massage functionThis massage armchair use a motor realize back massage and lumbar massage.Dcmotor drives gear,meanwhile gear drives shaft. Spindle drives sprockets institutions rotation, and sprockets institutions drive waist massage plate to realize lumbar massage. The position of back massage and waist massage plate can be adjusted according to the needs of users. This paper is mainly the innovation points back on the market will be turning type or thump type fixed-point massage innovative design for back integral rolling massage, another innovative design the waist dewlap and fat extrusion type massage, massage speed can be through the circuit adjustment, but also increased the retractable roller massage feet drag.
