英文摘要 Method: Calculate and analyze the clinical data of 193 patients with malignant tumors treatedinourhospitalfromJanuary2011toJanuary2014.Accordingtothe tumor form, these patients are classified into: hepatocellular carcinoma group (58 cases),lymphomagroup(65cases)andlungcancergroup(70cases).Analyzethese 18 the effect of F-FDG PET/CTtechnology in diagnosis,clinical stagingresults, curative effect evaluation and follow-up examination. Use SPSS 19.0 for data statistics and analysis, measure and count result use (χ±s) and the percentage respectively,uset-testandchi-squaretestforstatisticalanalysis. Result: Hepatocellularcarcinomagroup: (1)In this group, 31 cases of total 58underwent surgery treatment, 70 lesions 18 was confirmed by histopathological examination, F-FDG PET/CT examination found 64 ofthem, sensitivityis 91.43% (64/70) , and CT examination found 59 of them, sensitivity is 84.29% (59/70).the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). (2) According to the malignant tumor staging criteria, clinical stage the 58 hepatocellular carcinoma patients by CT examination, and compared with 18F-FDG PET/CT examination. Results show that: the CT examination showed period Ⅰ:2cases,period Ⅱ: 14cases,period Ⅲ:30 cases,period Ⅳ: 12cases; 18F-FDG PET/CT examination showed period : 3 cases, period : 13 cases, Ⅰ Ⅱ period Ⅲ:24 cases,period Ⅳ: 18cases.6patientswere stagedhigher and 1case was lower, adjust rate is 12.07%.
