T: Hello, everyone.
S: Hello,Miss Yang.
T: How are you today?
T:I’m fine, thank you. And you?
T: I’m fine,too.
Step 2: Preview
Sing a song together: Animals, animals are everywhere.
Make a dialogue:
Invite some students to make a dialogue
For example:.
S1; Look ! It’s 6:00 a.m. What is Chen jie doing?
S2: She is doing morning exercises. Look ! It’s 9:00. What are the students doing?
S1: They are having English class. ……

先出示本单元主情境图,熊猫吃竹子的图片,师生进行对话:
T: Chen jie is doing morning exercises at 9:00. She is eating lunch at 11:30. Do you want to know? What are Amy and Mike doing?
S; Yes.
T: Look at the picture. Who are in the picture?
S: Amy, Mike and Miss White/
T:What are they doing?
S: They are watching TV.
T: They are watching a video about animals. What animals do you see?
S1: I see two pandas
T:What are they doing?
S2:They are eating lunch.
T: Yes. . They are eating lunch. They are eating bamboo.
板书并教学句型:What are they doing? They are eating lunch. They are eating bamboo. 教学单词:bamboo.

T: Do you want to see more animals in the zoo?
S: Yes.
出示本部分的情境图,师生进行对话。
T: Look at this picture. There are so many animals. What animals can you see?
S: Two monkeys, two pandas and an elephant.
T: Who are in the picture? Who are they?
S: Chenjie, Mike and a girl.
T: Now, they are talking about animals. Let’s listen to the tape and find out these questions.
