广东顺德养老服务体系现状与发展建议

摘要： 随着人口老龄化的快速到来，日益突出的人口老龄化问题对广东顺德养老服务体系建设提出了严峻挑战。本文从居家养
老、社区养老、机构养老等角度分析了当前广东顺德养老服务体系建设的现状和存在的问题，在此基础上提出从政策扶持、土地规划、
队伍建设、机构改革，信息化建设等多方面着手，才能形成满足各类老年群体多层次、多样化服务需求的社会养老服务体系新格局。
Abstract: With the fast arrival of aging of population, the increasingly prominent problems of ageing of population put forward severe
challenges for the endowment service system in Shunde, Guangdong Province. From home endowment, community endowment, institution
endowment and other views, this paper analyzes the current construction situation of endowment service system and the existing problems in
Shunde, Guangdong Province. Based on these, this paper puts forward that only starting from policy support, land planning, team building,
institutional reform, informatization construction and other aspects can satisfy the multilevel and diversified service requirements of the new
endowment service system.
