印尼三语学校华文师资队伍的现状及其建设 暨南大学硕士学位论文 印 尼三语学校华文师资队伍的现状及其建设 中文摘要 近年来,印尼各地出现了三语学校这一新兴的办学模式,这一模式的出现正体现了 印尼华文教育界对新时期华文教育形式的探索和实践。 随着近些年的发展,印尼华文师资尤其是三语学校的华文师资队伍有较大的发展, 但仍存在很多缺陷和不足。 目前,已有部分探讨印尼华文师资的学术成果,但时间多为2005年前后,所引数据 也多为较早时期数据;时至今日,华文师资情况已有了一定的发展变化。据此本人在对前 人已有的研究成果梳理、借鉴的基础上,使用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法探讨印尼 华文师资队伍(主要以三语学校华文师资队伍为例)现状和发展,经调查发现今年印尼华 文师资队伍有了显著的发展,呈现出年轻化、学历化、专业化、职业化等特征,且教师这 一职业在印尼的社会地位正在逐步提高,宏观而言正在朝好的方向发展;但同时在调查当 中也发现了目前华文师资队伍发展中所出现的问题或不足及面临的主要问题如:学校师资 队伍的建设,华文师资队伍的进修与再教育,学校教学组织与管理,华文教师队伍稳定情 况、需求等方面。 最后根据所发现的问题也提出了相应的解决对策,如:未来华文师资队伍应如何建 设、学校教学应如何组织管理、华文教师培训形式与内容的选择与组织等相关对策。 关键词:印尼三语学校;华文师资;现状;问题;对策 I暨南大学硕士学位论文 印 尼三语学校华文师资队伍的现状及其建设 Abstract In recent years, trilingual schools have become the new model of education in many locations in IndonesiaThis model is a demonstration of interests in new forms and practices of Chinese language education in the Indonesian educational system Throughout the recent development, sources of Chinese teachers, especially those in the trilingual schools, have improved significantlyHowever, there are still many shortcomings and limitations There is currently some academic research into where the Chinese teachers in Indonesian educational system come from, but most research was conducted after 2005, and the statistics was also based on information from the earlier period; up to now, much progress has been made in where Chinese teachers can be recruitedThe author of this thesis collected and organized previous research results in the literature, and used questionnaire and interviews to understand the present state and developmental trajectory of the Chinese teachers’ recruitment in Indonesia using mainly teachers from trilingual schools as an example.
