加氢反应器强度设计及理论计算 北京石油化工学院 机械工程学院 李严州 摘 要 加氢精制技术是目前石化行业中重要的加工手段之一是现代石油炼制企业 的一种改善和提高石油产品质量的重要加工过程它能有效地使原料油中的硫 氮氧等非烃化合物氢解使烯烃芳烃选择加氢饱和并能脱除重金属和沥青质 等杂质它具有处理原料范围广液体收率高产品质量好等优点选用加氢精 制技术可以有效地提高各种石油产品质量因为它是在分子水平上通过临氢催化 反应对石油馏分进行精制故加氢的石油产品质量较好是目前其他方法无法比 拟的此外它还兼有收率高操作灵活和有利于环境保护等特点 本设计通过对加氢技术研究目的与必要性进行了探讨分析了某个石化分公 司生产的航空煤油加氢工艺对加氢工艺所要求的反应器特殊设计内容进行了综 述与分析并对具体的一种加氢精制反应器进行了强度等设计包括对加氢反应 器给出的各种主要结构进行了结构设计通过对零部件的计算确定了各种附件 的结构型式并绘制了相应的加氢反应器装配图与零件图通过本文对加氢反应 器本体的强度载荷风载荷以及地震载荷的计算与校核设计出一套符合设计要 求满足设计条件的加氢反应器 关键词加氢精制脱硫固定床反应器强度设计风载荷地震载荷 裙座 III 加氢反应器强度设计及理论计算 Abstract Petroleum hydrotreating technology is one of the most important methods of petroleum refining quality improving and residual oil processing Hydrotreating refining can effectively remove the non-hydrocarbons component presented in crude oil such as sulphur nitrogen and oxygen and make olefins and arenas saturated selecticely and remove impurities including of metal and asphalt The technology of selection of hydrogenation can improve effectively the quality of oil products owing to that reaction is done at the molecular level through of catalytic process The hydrogenation of oil product quality is one of the best and it is wouldnt be instead by another In addition high yield operational flexibility and be good to environmental are the characters This discourse has discussed the objective and necessary of the hydrogenation and analyzed the hydrogenation process which used to produce the aviation kerosene in one petrochemical company The special design about reactor in the hydrotreating technology were summarized and a specific hydrogenation reactor were designed which consist of mai
