二、主要职责:
1.部门职责
(1)根据公司战略规划,制定并组织实施行政人事中心的整体战略规划和组织规划;
(2)规划、指导公司行政、人事、后勤保障、网络技术及新项目的审核报批工作;
(3)制定公司人事发展战略,实施人才的招、育、用、留工作,保证公司的人才需求;
(4)制定各部门、岗位职责和各类规章的实施细则,协调各部门的工作关系;
(5)指导、检查与监督公司安全、消防等后勤保障工作;
(6)维护公司与有关政府部门的良好关系,组织重要来宾的接待和有关外联工作;
(7)对控制成本的方法提出可行性建议。
2.部门权力
(1)
依照公司发展战略,对行政、人事等各项规章制度的制定修订权;
(2)
对中层管理干部的任用、调动、辞退建议权;
(3)
对中层及以下级别员工的录用、辞退等决策权;
(4)
下属员工的考核权;
