摘要
校园招聘是企业获得人力资源的一种重要途径,每年的校园招聘总是受到企业,学校和应届毕业生们的广泛关注。然而,就当前来说,企业校园招聘还是存在着很多问题。本文以西北大学校园招聘为例,简单地进行了调查,并结合所学知识和相关研究得出企业校园招聘中存在的一些显著的问题,同时针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施和方案。文章主要运用文献研究法和问卷法,以实际调查为依据,分析了企业校园招聘中存在的主要问题,如企业重视程度不高,缺乏合理有效的招聘计划,招聘人员或团队的素质不高,标准不合理方法不科学,以及企业缺乏人文关怀等。因此,建议企业能够重视校园招聘,制定合理有效的招聘计划,严格组建高素质的招聘团队,选择合适的标准和方法,并且要重视对求职者的人文关怀等,从而保证校园招聘的有效性,使企业校园招聘起到事半功倍的效果。

Abstract
Campus recruitment is the enterprise to obtain an important means of human resources, the annual campus recruitment is always subject to businesses, schools and graduates of their attention. However, at present, campus recruitment of enterprises still exist many problems. This paper takes Northwest University campus recruitment as an example, simply were investigated, and some significant problems in the knowledge and related research exists that enterprise campus recruitment, and aimed at these questions to propose the corresponding measures and solutions. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature study and questionnaire method, based on actual survey as the basis, analyzes the main problems existing in the enterprise campus recruitment, such as enterprise attention is not high, the lack of reasonable and effective recruitment plans, recruitment of staff or team quality is not high, the standard is not reasonable and method is not scientific, and lack of humanistic solicitude. Therefore, suggested that enterprises can pay attention to the campus recruitment, the formulation reasonable effective recruitment plan, strict construction quality recruitment team, select the appropriate standards and methods, and to pay attention to the humanistic care to the job seekers, so as to ensure the effectiveness of campus recruitment, make the enterprise campus recruitment to the multiplier effect.
