常州大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE III 湖南长沙年75万吨/年商业油库设计 摘要：本设计题目主要针对湖南长沙年75万吨/年商业油库设计。油库中主要包括汽油，柴油两种油品。汽油罐组为3个10000方的内浮顶,3个5000方内浮顶罐。柴油包括1个5000方和3个10000方的拱顶油罐。任务书设计内容 主要包括油罐设备和容量计算、装卸油设施计算、输油管路的水力计算、辅助设施计算(防火堤的计算、消防水池的计算等)。库区主要是管道和公路收油，水路和公路发油为主。水力计算方面包括油罐的选择，罐区的设计，管径与收发油泵的选型，消防系统的工艺，清水泵和泡沫泵的选型，并对所选的泵设备进行了校核计算，以确保其使用性能。绘图部分包括了平面布置图、总工艺流程图、泵房安装图、消防工艺流程图。设计中除满足库区储运作业功能外，充分考虑到防火防爆、防污染的要求。 关键词: 油库；罐区设计；泵的选型；消防系统 全套图纸加扣?3012250582 fuel depot technical process design Abstract:This design topic mainly aims at the design of Hunan Changsha commercial fuel depot .The fuel depot mainly includes two kinds of oil，including the gasoline and the diesel oill. There are two covered floating roof tanks with ten thousand in the cans of petrol. The two groups of diesel and fuel oil tanks are one dome roof tanks with five thousand and three dome roof tanks with ten thousand .According to provisions of design task , Mission statement designed mainly include equipment and tank capacity calculation, calculation of loading and unloading of oil facilities, pipelines hydraulic calculation, calculation of ancillary facilities (fire dike calculations, the calculation of fire water, etc.). The charting part has included the floor-plan, the total flow chart, the pump house installation diagram, the fire prevention flow chart. Besides satisfying the reservoir storage and transportation function in the design, it considers the request about the fire protection, explosion-proof, and antiplollution.
