(Col leg e of A nim a l S cience and T echno logy , S han x i A g r icu ltura l Un iversity , Ta ig u S hanx i 03 0801, Ch ina ) Abstract: omparison of the effects of FSH+LH from different origins (imported and domestic)on maturation of goat oocytes in vitro maturation w as conducted in this study.The tw o compounds from different origins all promoted oo- cytes maturation, the maturation rates in the two groups (67.3% and 68.9%)w ere all significantly higher than that of the control group (15.6%), and there was no significant difference in the maturation rate for the tw o gonadotropin groups.By comparison, there were the same impact of the tw o gonadotropin compounds (FSH+ LH )from different origins on maturation of goat oocytes in v itro maturation (IVM), but the domestic one cost much lower than imported one.So w e may use the domestic FSH+ LH in goat oocyte IVM instead of the imported one.
