PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE 49 摘 要 网络管理系统是网络的重要组成部分，是保证通信网正常、可靠、经济和安全地运行的重要支撑手段，很多网络特性的使用和提供，在很大程度上取决于相应的网络管理系统的能力和质量。同时，在通信网建设初期，主要是靠通信网本身的建设来提高网络能力，随着通信设备使用水平的不断提高，当网络能力达到一定的程度后，通信网能力的进一步提高，将由主要依靠网络本身建设转向网络和网管系统同步建设上来。因此，从“八五”末期开始，我国把网管系统的建设看成提高服务质量和网络能力、保证网络运行质量、增加企业经济效益的重要手段，从而开展了较大规模的网管系统建设。 然而，网络的快速增长使得人们对全面互联互通的要求越发迫切，但是，网络的开放是一把双刃剑，随着私人网向公众网的迁移，任何组织都可能将其业务扩展到全球，但是与此同时，这也使得企业面临更多种类的安全威胁。所以同时我也介绍了网络管理中安全资源部分。 需要指出的是，日新月异的网络技术远非一篇文章所能包容的，由于我的水平和精力有限，对于欠妥乃至错误之处，希望老师多多批评指正。 Abstract Network management system is the important composition part of network, is to guarantee to communicate normal and reliable, is economic and run safely important support the use of means and many network properties and offer, the quality and ability that depend on corresponding network management system greatly.
