摘 要 随着公路运输事业的蓬勃发展和城市化进程的飞速前进,道路交通安全已成 为我国及世界迫在燃眉的重大问题。平面交叉口作为道路设施的重要组成部分, 是各个方向的车流、人流汇集改变行驶路线的重要枢纽,在道路网中居于核心地 位,同时它也是交通事故集中的地方。交通冲突与交通事故之间具有可替换性, 加之其可测量、可观测、可记录以及大样本快速定量、高可信度等优势特点,作 为一种微观的交通安全评价方法,交通冲突技术安全评价尤其适用于平面交叉 口、匝道等存在大量交通交织的路段区域。 本文较为详细地论述了交通冲突的基本理论,包括交通冲突的产生机理、数 据调查、分类及严重性判定;介绍了三种平面交叉口的基于交通冲突技术的安全 评价方法,交通冲突数学聚类法(灰色聚类、模糊K 均值聚类),基于交通冲突 技术的交通安全度评价方法,基于交通冲突的安全服务水平评价方法,分析三种 方法的不同适用范围,并将安全评价方法的具体实施应用,通过分析评价具休的 工程实例印证了交通冲突技术对于交叉口安全评价工作中的可性行,有效性,也 证明了交通冲突技术在交通安全领域的广阔前景。 关键词:交通冲突 安全评价 平面交叉口 灰色聚类 模糊聚类 安全度 安全水平 i Abstract With the fast development of the road business and the urbanization, road safety has become an important question which must be solved right now. Intersection, as a crucial component of road, is a place where stream of vehicle and people from each direction assemble to change their travel lines, and also a place where lots of traffic accidents occurred. Traffic conflict can be easily observed, measured and recorded. And because of its high reliability, rapid quantification and other advantages, traffic safety evaluation base on traffic conflict technique as a microcosmic safety evaluation is especially adapt to intersection, ramp and other road facilities etc which contain a mass of traffic interwovenness. This thesis discussed in detail the basic theory of traffic conflict technique that contains the mechanism of TTC’s generation, survey of traffic data, method of TTC’s classification and divide of TTC’s serious. It introduced three assess methods of intersection based on TTC that contains math cluster model (gray cluster model and K means vague cluster model), evaluation method of degree of traffic safety base on TTC, evaluation method of service level base on TTC. It also introduced the range of the application of the three methods. And it proved TTC ’s feasibility and
