内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） PAGE PAGE 2 内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：“纸浆模塑餐具全自动生产线”中冷凸模转移机械手及切边机设计 学生姓名：孙杨凡 学 号：0704134227 专 业：过程装备与控制工程 班 级：装备07-2班 指导老师：邢静怡 老师 摘 要 自90年代以来，各种塑料袋盒和一次性塑料餐具的广泛应用，在给人们带来很大方便的同时，也造成了严重的“白色污染”。以植物纤维为原料，经过模塑加工，得到一次性餐具和工业包装制品，被公认为是防治“白色污染”的最佳替代产品。国内研制单位目前踊跃推出多种纸浆模塑产品，国家环保局也大力支持发展纸浆模塑工业。然而，目前纸模制品的制造成本居高不下，产品质量不够稳定，生产规模小型分散。对此，本课题对纸浆模塑餐具生产线中的某些生产工艺和生产设备进行了比较深入的研究。 首先，本文对原料的生产工艺及纸浆模塑餐具生产线中的工艺及设备进行了简要的介绍。并且对成型方法和相关的成型设备，以及对热压定性方法及装置的改进进行了较深入的分析。 其次，对冷凸模转移机械手和切边机进行了设计。冷凸模转移机械手主要是将成型机上吸虑好的纸浆模塑餐具转移到热压定型机上进行热压定型。切边机是对已好的模塑餐具餐具进行必要的切边，这样的餐具成品的外观才会更美观。 关键祠:纸浆模塑餐盒生产线，成型机，热压定型机，冷凸模转移机械手，切边机 Abstract Since the last 90’s year, all kinds of plastic bags, and disposable plastic tableware were widely put into use, which bring about the great convenience to people, but also caused serious white pollution. The plant fiber as raw material which produce the tableware and industrial packaging products is recognized as the best alternative of white pollution. Domestic research and development unit is currently actively offer a variety of paper pulp molding products. The State Environmental Protection Agency also strongly support the development of pulp molding industry. However, the cost of the molded pulp products is high and the product quality is not stable enough, Moveover, the production of scale is small and dispersion. Therefore, this paper makes a more in-depth research to the part of production process and production equipment which is included in the pupl molding production line.
