ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Harmonious society is the great goal that human society pursues for thousands of years. October 11th, 2006, the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee assigned the sixth plenary session, CPC Central Committee determinations on Some Major Issues of Building a harmonious socialist society , which indicates that China has opened the prelude of building a socialist harmonious society. College building is an important part of a harmonious socialist harmonious society in China, the Ideological and Political Education of College Counselors is the core of building a harmonious university project. With the progress of the times, the development of higher education, during a harmonious construction of the great college process, college counselors’ ideological and political education work is facing new circumstances, new problems and new requirements. How to actively explore new methods of ideological and political education, new strategies, ideological and political education of counselors in a harmonious college has become an important part of the work. In this study, the following aspects based on their own team-building and college counselors ideological and political education work was carried out : Firstly, in the perspective of harmonious College, summarize of the ideological and political education work of College Counselors. Through analyse the scientific connotation of harmonious University and the basic characteristics, to establish harmonious universitys strategic perspective, and then investigate the ideological and political education instructor’s connotation, summed up that the ideological and political education instructor is the ideological basis for building harmonious university, political, foundation, moral foundation, the main condition.
