Some new words a true record of contemporary social life,some words new meaning, new usage reflects the meaning of the development and changes,to reflect the social changes and people change their thinking and understanding.First of all,use Quantitative study,from the quantitative classification of the two aspects of dynamic and static,research the characteristics and connotation of corpus classification after the quantity.Secondly, we use questionnaire ,in various populations in Xining of Qinghai province as investigation object, combination the theory of Sociolinguistics,to understand the cognition and usage of various groups of new words and expressions,which analyze the relationship between the new words with the social and cultural groups.
