华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 摘 要 会展本质上是为交易双方提供交易平台的一种媒介，随着经济全球化的日益发 展，会展在经贸领域发挥着愈来愈重要的作用，集中体现在整合上下游资源和强大 的关联拉动效应等，受到各国政府的高度重视和大力推动，其内涵和表现形式日新 月异、丰富多彩。 会展业在我国起步相对晚，适合我国国情的会展成功运作经验尚处于探索阶段， 由于城市、产业、政府推动等差异，可以成功复制推动的模式可遇而不可求。作为 三线城市会展经营，扬州市在经营模式、管理体系、市场规范、配套政策等方面缺 乏科学借鉴和成功案例借鉴。 如何根据内外形势进行有效的战略安排，构建适合自身发展的战略模式，是扬 州国际展览中心快速发展过程中需要首先理清的问题。本文主要以迈克尔·波特产 业竞争理论分析了扬州国展中心现状、扬州会展业发展要素，通过归纳国际成功会 展企业发展策略，结合扬州市国际展览中心的发展要求，从微观层面提出了扬州国 际展览中心的发展策略。 作者认为扬州国际展览中心的发展首先需要取得政府的支持，其次需要立足本 土经济，充分挖掘本地自办展览主题，同时需要加入长三角会展区域的合作与交流， 大力引进国内外知名会展，引进和培养专业会展人才等。本文的另一个目的在于， 通过研究扬州国际展览中心发展策略还将为国内其他三线城市新建展馆提供宝贵的 “扬州经验”。 关键词：扬州市 会展业 发展策略 产业竞争力理论 .I 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract As a kind of trading platform for both sides, the exhibition industry is becoming more and more important with the development of economic globalization .The effect of resource-integration and economic growth-stimulate received importance from government , the content and form is more and more rich and varied day after day. Because of late start in china, the exhibition experience which suitable for china is not formed yet, there is no successful mode to appoint for the difference in cit y, industry, and governmental promotion. As the three line of the city in china, Yangzhou face serious competition from developed city and lack experience in management, market-regulation, supporting policies. To make effective strategic efforts, deciding the true developmental strategy was crucial. Base on theory of Michael Potters diamond theory, this paper analysis the exhibition industrial elements of Yangzhou ,after concluding the succeed developmental pattern and the introducing the situation of the Yangzhou international exhibition center, the paper suggested the true developmental strategy . This paper suggested the developmental strategy and the necessary actions.
