The correlation between the CT appearances an the surgical an pathological fin ings were ana- lyze . Results:The carcinoma mass an the relation between the mass an its surroun ing organs can be clearly showe in CT scan. But it is of limite value to isplay lymph no es metastasis an to etermine the nature of the mass. Conclusions: The tumor mass of gastric carcinoma can be foun in CT scan.
