基于体内过程的中药复方药效物质基础和 配伍规律研究进展 周林1，范刚1，张艺1，普元柱1，赖先荣1，孟宪丽2 5 （1. 成都中医药大学民族医药学院，成都 611137； 2. 成都中医药大学药学院，成都 611137） 摘要：中药复方是多味中药按君、臣、佐、使的配伍原则组成的中药组。在中医临床实践中 形成了以“汤剂”为主的口服给药方式，药物对机体发挥疗效必然与药效成分的吸收、分布、 代谢、排泄相关，即与药物的体内过程相关。采用肠道菌群、血清药物化学、药代动力学以 10 及近年来出现的代谢组学等体内过程研究方法，能较好的将中药复方化学成分、配伍与临床 有效性相关联，能较好的发现中药复方药效药物基础并阐明复方配伍的科学性。本文对上述 体内研究方法在中药复方研究中的应用进行综述，并提出了基于体内过程的中药复方药效物 质基础和配伍规律研究的新思路，以期为中药复方现代化研究提供新的探索性思路。 关键词：中药学；中药复方；体内过程；药效物质基础；配伍规律 15 中图分类号：R285.1 Progress on Effective Material Basic and Compatible Principle of Chinese Herb Formulae Based on Intracorporal Rrocess of Drugs 20 ZHOU Lin1, FAN Gang1, ZHANG Yi1, PU Yuanzhu1, LAI Xianrong1, MENG Xianli2 (1. College of Pharmacy，Chengdu University of TCM, Chengdu 611137)) Abstract: Chinese herb formulae is a group which is comprised of Chinese herbs by campatible principle of Monarch, Minister, Assistant and Guide. Chinese medicine had formed a decoction give 25 priority to the oral administration in clinical practice of TCM, so Chinese herbs working in body must be associated with absorption, distribution and excretion, metabolism, namely with intracorporal process of drugs. Using research method on intracorporal process of the intestinal flora metabolism, serum pharmaceutical chemistry of Chinese herb, pharmacokinetics and metabolomics can better associate compounds, compatibility of Chinese herb formulae with clinical effectiveness.In this paper, 30 we had reviewed the application of different research methods on drug’s intracorporal process in research of Chinese herb formulae, put forward a new thinking of study on material basic and compatible principle of Chinese herb based on intracorporal process of drugs, and hoped that it provided new explorative thinking on Chinese herbal formula’s modernization.
