一、Teaching contents
1. Words and phrases.
(1) three-skilled phrases: collect maps, collect picture cards, collect toy cars, collect stamps.
(2) four-skilled words: open, hobby, collect, map, box, colour
2. Sentences: What’s your hobby?
My hobby is collecting maps.

二、Teaching goals
通过本节课的学习,学生能听、说、读collect toy cars / stamps / maps / picture cards,能听、说、读、写open, hobby, collect, map, colour, box;90%以上的学生能在语境中表达自己的兴趣爱好,并能询问他人的兴趣爱好,并围绕兴趣爱好的话题展开谈论;了解并掌握oo在单词中的发音,逐步培养单词拼读能力;学生通过学习活动进一步培养广泛的兴趣爱好,更加热爱生活。

1. Greetings and free talk
2. Warmer: say a chant
3. Presentation:
(1) 由like引出hobby
(2) talk about my hobby(学习collect)
(3) Talk about my students’ hobbies. (video)
(4) Look, listen and answer
Question: What’s Bob’s / Peter’s / Li Yan’s / Kate’s hobby?
4. Practice.
(1) Earn four phrases using the cards. Then make a clue. (people-hobby)
(2) “more and more”: My hobby is collecting maps.引出“What’s your hobby?” then chant.
(3) Listen and number
(4) Ask and answer in pairs(渗透文化)
(5) Talk about famous people’s hobbies and fill
(6) Make some sentences according to water
(7) Group work: interview and fill
(8) Listen and read the dialogue
(9) Read it in roles
(10) Lead to recite the words and summarize the pronunciation
(11) Let’s chant: oo/u:/
(12) Fill in the blanks and check them
(13) Group work:
① Read it in roles
② Act it out
③ Make up a new dialogue
5. Extension:
(1) Read a picture book named children who love books
(2) Write down your hobby, show and stick

六、Homework:
1. Interview others’ hobbies and make a picture book.(采访其他人并制作一个绘本)
