两种生物指示剂对压力蒸汽灭菌器生物监测的影响 安玉梅周存英朱友慧(山东省日照市东港区人民医院276800) 【摘 要】目的 探讨用嗜热脂肪杆菌芽泡制成的菌片和自含式生物指示剂对 牛物监测的影响。方法 采取观察组和对照组，对照组采用嗜热脂肪杆菌芽抱制 成的菌片+自配的培养基(澳甲酚紫葡萄糖蛋白腺)对压力蒸汽灭菌器进行牛物 监测；观察组采用自含式牛物指示剂对压力蒸汽灭菌器进行牛物监测，并将两种 方法所产生的结果进行比较。结果观察组牛物监测合格率达100%,对照组生 物监测的合格率达67%,两组结果比较有差异(P0.05)，且观察组培养结果提 前6天。结论 生物监测采用自含式生物指示剂，更快、更直观的观察到结果， 而且牛物监测测合格率高，更好的保证无菌物品的质量，确保无菌物品合格率达 100%,值得在供应室推广使用。 【关键词】生物指示剂；压力蒸汽灭菌器；生物监测 Two living thing indicator to pressure steam sterilizer biology monitoring result in fluence. Conclusion Biological monitoring using self-contained biological indicator, faster, more intuitive observed results and biological monitoring measured high pass rate, a better guarantee the quality of the sterile, ensure sterile 100% pass rate, it is worth promote the use of the supply room.
