哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 哈尔滨工业大学华德工学学士学位论文 - PAGE II - - PAGE III - 摘要 焊接工人的管理是焊接车间管理的重要部分，面对市场的激烈竞争，如何有效地管理各个工种的焊接工人，提高生产效率，已成为现代企业所面临的新课题。我国很多企业忽略了焊接工人是否被合理地使用，人性化管理，形成了管理的盲点。网络技术不断发展和基于Web的管理系统的开发使企业管理进入了网络时代，对提高我国企业的整体管理水平及经济效益具有很大的现实意义. 本文在所有焊接车间实际需求分析的基础上,根据现况，发现手工的查询工人信息容易发生遗漏的现象，而且随着数据规模的增加，使查询、管理更加不便.作者基于VB与Access数据库开发了点焊参数数据库.建立的包括焊接工人的年龄，性别，工龄，工种，焊工等级，身体状况，等基本工人信息的查询修改, 实现了焊接工人资料的数字化管理.生产过程中保证了生产管理的质量、合理安排岗位、以人性化为本对待焊接工人，进而生产效率可以得到保证与提高。 该系统是面向焊接工人网络化管理而开发的管理信息系统，为该类企业进一步提升生产管理水平、提高生产效率和信息化建设有着重要的理论意义和实践价值。本课题研究的内容、开发的系统、整个系统的设计和开发过程对于其它焊接制造企业实现工人管理信息系统有着重要的参考和借鉴作用. 关键词 焊接工人 网络化管理 程序设计 数据库 Abstract Welder welding shop floor management is an important part, in the face of fierce market competition, how to effectively manage the various types of welding workers, increase production efficiency, has become a modern enterprises face new challenges.
