民营中小企业融资问题的探讨 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国民营经济取得了很大发展，现在已成为国民经济的一支重要力量。中小民营企业在促进经济增长、增加就业、推进经济改革和加快技术创新等方面发挥着重要的作用。但中小民营企业的融资难问题已经严重阻碍了民营经济的进一步发展，中小民营企业融资难是一个近几年来出现频率非常之高的话题，也是一个关乎社会主义市场经济持续快速健康发展的重大问题。近些年来，我国经济理论和实际通过对中小企业融资难问题的研究，已经取得了一定的成效。然而，由于各种因素的困扰与障碍，中小企业在融资难方面仍然存在着问题。解决中小民营企业融资难问题，为民营中小企业发展提供良好的环境，已现实地摆在我们面前。 关键词：民营中小企业，融资，金融机构，民营经济 Analysis of Financing of Private Small and Medium-sized Enterprise ABSTRACT Since reform and opening up, Chinas private economy has progressed rapidly, and now has become an important force in the national economy. Small and medium-sized private enterprises in promoting economic growth, increasing employment, promoting economic reform and speed up technological innovation plays an important role. However, the financing of small and medium-sized private enterprises have been difficult for a serious impediment to the further development of the private economy, difficulties in financing for small and medium-sized private enterprises in recent years is a very high frequency of occurrence of the topic, but also a question of the socialist market economy, a sustained, rapid and healthy development of the major issues . In recent years, Chinas economic theory and practical difficulties in financing small and medium enterprises through research, has achieved some results.
