To improve emergency treating and curing level of patients with injure of dog biting in the rural area community. Methods The data of those cases of patients with injure of dog biting in the Yanglin rural area community hygiene service centre during 3 years were gathered statistics and analyzed. Efficiency of clinical emergency treatment of patients with injure of dog biting was investigated. Results 222 cases of patients with injure of dog biting in Yanglin rural area community during 3 years were cured successfully and those patients had health condition without rabies and tetanus after follow-up. There were 126 cases of patients with injure of dog biting in summer and autumn and 96 cases of patients in winter and spring among those patients (χ2=218.0，P＜0.01). Conclusion Anti-infection emergency treatment of the patients with injures of dog biting promptly plays an important role to control region infection of injure raw surface of patients with dog biting and to prevent rabies and tetanus in the rural area community. 【Key words】 injure of dog biting；infection；rabies；emergency
