摘要:
在民营快递迅速发展的时代,新的服务方式成了主要竞争力。在此对顺丰快递便利店创立了快递和便利店共同经营的新服务方式,加以具体分析,试图探索顺丰快递和便利店运营通往成功的共营策略。通过研究发现客户定位、选址模型、成本控制、运营策略等关键要素,采用五力模型和环境研究的内容加以分析,以确定顺丰便利店的发展方向和存在的问题,同时制定顺丰快递便利店的运营策略。
