浅谈中国中小企业财务管理存在问题和其对策.docVIP

摘 要 改革开放以来，中国中小企业经过多年的发展，已取得了辉煌的成绩，为国家的经济建设做出了重要的贡献。然而，中小型企业仍面临着融资困难、技术薄弱、管理思想落后等诸多问题。中小企业内部财务管理机制比较简单，财务管理人员素质偏低，忽视了其核心地位，导致在激烈的市场竞争中面临着巨大困难。 本文的基本思路是以中小企业财务管理的科学发展为目的，以中小企业财务管理存在的问题以及解决措施为主要内容进行论述。本文共分为四部分：第一部分介绍了我国中小企业科学的财务管理的概念以及它的特点；第二部分作为本论文的主体，首先介绍了当前我国中小企业财务管理存在的问题。其次针对上述提到的问题，具体介绍了我国中小企业财务管理存在上述问题的原因；第三部分主要是针对我国中小企业财务管理存在的问题提出了解决措施，通过这些相应的解决措施来完善我国中小企业的财务管理发展，继而提升我国中小企业的整体竞争力；第四部分是对全文的基本总结。 【关键词】中小企业；财务管理；融资 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small and medium enterprises have made ??brilliant achievements after years of development and made ??an important contribution to the countrys economic construction. However, SMEs still face difficulties in financing, weakness in technology, backward in management thinking and many other issues. With relatively simple internal financial management mechanism and low quality of financial management personnel, SMEs ignore the core position of financial management, resulting in enormous difficulties in fierce market competition The basic idea of this paper is based on purpose of the scientific development of the financial management of SMEs and main content of the problems in the financial management of SMEs, as well as measures to solve the problems. The paper is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the concept of scientific financial management of SMEs in China as well as its characteristics; the second part is the main body of the paper, it firstly introduces the current problems in the financial management of SMEs in China and then makes out the reasons resulting in the above-mentioned problems; the third part proposes the main measures to solve the problems in the financial management of SMEs in China, and through the corresponding measures to develop the financial management of SMEs, and thus improve the overall competitiveness of SMEs in China; the fourth part is a basic summary of the full text. 【Key words】Small and medium-sized enterprises; financial management; capitalization 目
