摘 要 暖通空调设计主要是对室内热环境、空气品质进行设计，这项工作必须在充分了解建筑对暖通空调的要求和暖通空调系统及设备对建筑及其它设施的影响的基础上才可以顺利进行。设计主要内容包括：空调冷热负荷的计算；送风量和新风量的确定；空调系统的划分；空调方式的选择；空调末端处理设备的选型；冷热源的选择；风系统的设计与计算；风管系统的设计；室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定；水系统的设计与水力计算；管道的保温设计；防排烟的设计；消声防振设计等。 本工程位于青岛市，是集图书与办公为一体的建筑。该建筑地下一层，地上八层。机房设于地下层，其地下层主要为报告厅，其余还有贵宾室，一至六层大多为借阅室和书库，七八层则主要为办公室。地下一层层高4.8m，一层层高5.1m，其余4.5m地上总层高36m。该建筑占地面积约8262.4㎡，建筑面积约为40058㎡，空调面积约31427㎡。 通过负荷计算得本建筑夏季总冷负荷2997.1kw，冷负荷指标95.4w/㎡；冬季总热负荷为2420.7kw，热负荷指标为77w/㎡。由于青岛属于寒冷地区，有市政集中供热，结合其建筑特点，夏季选用离心式冷水机组供冷，冬季选用水水板式换热器换热。 在本设计中，除地下室报告厅采用全空气一起回风处理方案，其余皆采用风机盘管加新风系统。从节能的角度考虑，全空气采用采用露点送风，空气处理机组设在该层的空调机房内，新回风经集中处理后送入各空调房间。其余的风机盘管加新风系统中，将室外新风处理到室内空气焓值的状态， 不承担承担室内负荷。新风由新风机组单独送入每一个房间。风机盘管送风选用下送式，安装形式为卧式暗装。 关键字：空调设计，全空气系统，风机盘管系统，冷水机组 Abstract HVAC design is mainly for indoor thermal environment and air quality, however this work must put fully awaring of the requirements for HVAC and HVAC systems and equipment for construction and other facilities as foundation.In this way,the design can be programmed smoothly.
