设计题目:沈阳财付通科技有限公司人才流失成因分析
摘要
中小民营企业占我国企业的绝大多数,在我国经济社会发展过程中扮演着重要角色,是我国经济发展的重要组成部分。近年来,随着人才竞争的加剧,这类企业人才流失现象严重,已成为影响和制约其进一步发展的重要障碍。人才流动是市场经济对人力资源合理配置提出的必然要求和解决途径,但是人才流失也造成了一些组织人才的大量流失,有的已经严重影响了企业的生存和发展。所以,现在越来越多的企业更加注重对高级人才的管理。本文围绕企业的人才,在分析了企业员工流失的现状和原因的基础上,指出了对企业人才流失的应对策略以减缓企业人才流失及人才流失为企业带来的负面影响,是企业真正能够留住人才,吸纳人才,培养人才,在市场竞争中立于不败之地。
本文共分六章,第一章为引言,分三章介绍了论文的研究背景、研究的目的和研究的方法;第二章介绍了有关人才流失理论的综述,共分三节,分别介绍了有关人才流失的涵义、内容及人才流失涵义的新发展;第三章介绍的是沈阳财富通科技有限公司简介,共分两节,分别介绍了沈阳财富通科技有限公司的历史沿革和现状,包括沈阳财富通科技有限公司的经营项目、和员工队伍;第四章分四节,介绍了沈阳财富通科技有限公司存在的问题;第五章介绍了沈阳财富通科技有限公司减少人才流失的对策建议;第六章为结束语,为本文作总体概述。

Abstract
Medium and small-sized private enterprises account for the majority of enterprises in our country. They play an important role in economic and social development. They are important component of national economy. In recent years,with the talent competition, brain drain has become serious in this kind of enterprise, which has influenced and restricted their further development. The flow of talent is the natural requirements and the solutions which were raised by market economy on the rational allocation of human resource. However, the flow of talent has also causes a huge drain of the talent who has organizing ability, some of which have make a series impacts on the survival and development of enterprises. So more and more enterprises have pay more attention to the supervision of the rate of drain of senior talent. On the basis of the analysis of the status and reason of the loss of talent in the enterprise, this article mainly focus on the talent of the enterprise and points out the coping strategies, which reduce the drain of talent in enterprise and eliminate the negative impact to enterprises, to solute the problem of the loss of talent in the enterprise. It also helps enterprises retain the talent, attract the talent and cultivate the talent to remain invincible in domestic and international competitions.This article is divided into
