PAGE II 西安工业大学北方信息工程学院 本科毕业设计论文 题目：鼠标下盖塑料注射模具设计 系 （部）： 机电信息系 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级： B060201 学 生： 王少锐 学 号： 指导教师： 贾培刚 2010年5月 PAGE I 鼠标下盖塑料注射模具设计 摘 要 本文设计中采用一模两腔式注射模，用于成型鼠标下盖；通过对制件的工艺分析，确定了模具的设计方案，并绘制了装配图和零件图。本模具采用了侧浇口的进浇方法，制件有侧孔，采用了斜销抽芯机构进行抽模，主要运用专业软件Pro/E对鼠标下盖注射模的型芯进行设计，利用AUTOCAD作模具的二维图，用PRO/E作模具的三维图。 在注射模设计中，通过对塑件的结构工艺分析，设计了塑料注射模。介绍了塑料注射模型芯的设计及主要结构零件的设计过程，着重介绍了注射模的动模和定模的设计；在PRO/E三维模具设计中，通过PRO/E两板式模具设计，学习Pro/ENGINEER软件的零件设计和模具设计模块的基本操作，还学习了Pro/E与AutoCAD之间的转换. 关键词： 注射模；一模两腔；侧浇口；斜销；三维图 Based on Pro / E Under The Cover of The Mouse Injection Mold Design and CNC Machining ABSTRACT In this paper, the design of one-mode two-cavity injection mold for molding the mouse under the covers; parts of the process through the analysis of the mold design and drawing of the assembly drawing and parts drawing.
