摘 要 在火电厂中的水处理的工艺过程中，为了提高汽水的品质，防止锅炉给水、炉水等系统出现受热面和蒸汽通流部分结垢、腐蚀等情况的发生，经常采用在系统中加入一定量的化学药品的方法来降低结垢和腐蚀。这里我们采用变频技术，即通过调节器来改变变频器的输出频率，从而改变加药点动机的转速，进而改变系统的加药量。这种自动加药的特点是能够连续、稳定维持系统加药量；能适时根据系统加药取样分析仪表的反馈信息调整系统加药量；能保证系统加药量调整的及时性、准确性、连续性、稳定性。 本课题主要针对当前火力发电厂热力系统对水汽品质的高要求而设计的一套完整的自动加药系统。根据大唐长山电厂提供的《招标技术文件》的技术要求，拟建1×660MW超临界燃煤发电机组，设计一套加药系统。具体系统为自动加磷酸盐、加氨和加联氨系统以及循环水加药系统。 关键词： 自动加药，变频技术，加药量准确 ABSTRACT In iecent years,the thermal power plants have raised the auto maticity of the machines.Thehigh-parameter Large-capacity units are into produetion. Therefore, thedemal of controlling stream quality and water quality is becoming more and more strict. By adding certain chemicals the growth of scales can be inhibited and the insoluble particles can be dispered in therecirculating water and removed by blowdown. Here we use frequency, through the regulator to change the output frequency converter to change the drug increases the speed, motivation, and then change the system of medicine. This automatic feature of the drug can be continuous, stable and maintain the system of medicine; timely and medicine under the system of sampling instrument feedback adjustment system and drugs; can guarantee system and adjust the dosage timeliness, accuracy, Continuity and stability. Subject this directed primarily to thermal power plant heating power system at present to steam high requirement and one intact automatic medicine system that design of quality. According to Datang Changshan（1*660MW）technical requirement that call for bid technological file that power plant offer, design a set of medicine systems. The concrete system, in order to add phosphate , add ammonia and add and unite the ammonia system automatically and recycling of water and medicine system.
