·76 · 解放军护理杂志 　2008 年 2 月, 25 (2B) ·心理护理 · 综合性医院住院患者自杀行为的心理干预 陈　健 (解放军第 455 医院 护理部 ,上海 200052) 摘要 : 目的　分析综合性医院住院患者的自杀问题 ,为维护患者安全提出心理干预防范措施 。方法 　对 2000 年 8 月至 2006 年 8 月在综合性医院有自杀行为的9 例患者进行回顾性调查分析和危机干预 。结果 　6 年间共发生跳楼 自杀 8 例 ,割腕 自杀 1 例 ;其 中3 例自杀未遂被及时解救 。自杀行为发生时 ,44 %的患者有心理障碍 ,88 % 的患者采取了高层坠楼 自杀方式 。结论 　自杀已成 为综合性医院常见的意外死亡 ,提高综合性医院医务人员对患者自杀事件的认知水平 ,积极施行危机干预和心理疏导 ,对保障住院 患者的住院安全具有重要意义 。 关键词 :综合医院; 自杀 ;心理干预 中图分类号 :R395 1 　　文献标志码 :A 　　文章编号 :1008 - 9993 (2008) 2B - 0076 - 02 Analysis of Suicidal Behaviors of the Inpatients in General Hospitals and the Psychologi cal Interventions C H EN J ian (N ur sing Dep art ment , 455 Ho sp it al of PL A , Shanghai 200052 , China) Abstract :Objective 　To analyze t he suicidal behavior s of t he inp atient s in general ho spit al s an d p ropo se t he st rat egie s for p sycholo gical int ervention s.
