word格式论文 空军某部机务人员心理健康状况与相关因素分析 【摘要】 目的 研究 机务人员的心理卫生状况及相关因素,为开展心理咨询和 治疗 提供 科学 依据。 方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL90)，对某部216名机务人员进行测试，与 中国 常模、军人常模进行比较,并按年龄、学历和独生子女分组，进行组间比较。结果 (1)空军机务人员人际关系敏感因子分显著低于中国常模，精神病性高于中国常模外(P0.05)，其余各因子分和总均分低于常模无显著差异(P0.05)；空军机务人员各因子分和总均分均非常显著地低于军人常模(P0.01)。(2)空军机务人员心理卫生水平的变化，表现出明显的年龄、学历、是否独生子女等差异。除30岁以上组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性因子分显著低于29岁以下组外(P0.05)，其余SCL90各因子分、总均分均未发现有显著差异(P0.05)；学历组间比较SCL90各因子分除敌对性、偏执因子分有差异外（P0.05），其余SCL90各因子分、总均分均未发现有显著差异(Ｐ0.05)；独生子女的SCL90中除敌对性因子无显著性差异外，其余SCL90各因子分和总均分明显高于非独生子女（P0.01）。结论 空军机务人员心理卫生水平总体较好；空军机务人员产生心理 问题 的主要原因可能是工作强度大、竞争激烈、家庭负担重等。 【关键词】 心理健康；机务人员；症状自评量表 　　 The Study on Psychological Health and Its Related Factors in Certain Air Force Airplaneservice Men 　　Abstract： Objective To investigate the status of psychological health and its related factors in air force airplaneservice men,so as to provide scientific basis for psychological consult and therapy.Methods SCL90 was used to evaluate216 air force airplaneservice men.Results (1) The air force airplaneservice men the scores of interpersonal sensivivity was lower than those in national norm (P0.05), the scores of psychoticism was higher than those in national norm (P0.05).The total mean score and all factorial scores in air force airplaneservice men were significantly lower than those in military norm(P0.01).(2)There were statistics sense in psychological health level at armyage,educational level, the onlychild group and nononlychild. The factorial scores has no statistics sense(P0.05), except somatization,depression,anxiety and hostility factor at 30 of age was all lower than that low 29 group; no differences in psychological health of educational level was found(P0.05),except the score of hostility and paranoid ideation factor at the low diploma was significantly higher than that high diploma(P0.05).The total mean scores and all factorial in the onlychild were significantly higher than the nononlychild(P0.01),unless the score of hostility factor.Co
