l l 摘 要 无论是发达国家还是发展中国家，无论是上市公司还是一般中小企业高层管理者，高层管理者承担着制订和实施企业战略的使命，对企业绩效和组织发展至关重要，它一直是学者们和企业经理重点关注的研究主题。本文通过研究上市公司高官的性别特征和企业业绩的关系，希望了解在我国复杂的社会环境下，我国高层管理者性格特征对企业业绩的影响，为企业未来的发展提供经验证据和建议。 本文在分析相关基础理论以及研究现状的基础上，以100家上市公司为样本，在一定的假设前提下，运用计量经济学软件，对上市公司高管性别与企业业绩的关系进行实证测算研究，并结合我国上市公司的特定的制度和文化环境，解释，分析所得的实证研究结果，并对本研究主题进行展望。 本文最后指出，上市公司高管性别特征与企业业绩的确存在一定的相关关系或影响，此类相关研究也有待于得到进一步的重视，为更好地提高企业业绩提供了一些实证支持和经验证据。 关键字：上市公司,高层管理者,性格特征,企业业绩 ABSTRACT Both developed and developing countries, whether the listed company or normal small enterprise top managers, senior managers bear the mission of formulating and implementing enterprise strategy, and has a essential influence to company performance and organizational development, it has always been a research topics are focused on by scholars and enterprise managers .This paper, through studying relation to the listed company official gender characteristics and enterprise performance and to understand the complex social environment in China, the influence which is characteristics of top managers in China to the enterprise performance, provides empirical evidence and Suggestions. for development of the enterprise in the future, Based on the analysis of relevant basic theory and based on the present research, build a sample with 100 listed companies, in certain assumptions, under the econometrical software, on the relationship between the listed company executives sex and the enterprise performance, and based on empirical measure of Chinas listed companies ‘ cultural environment and specific institution, explanation, analysis the empirical research results from this research subjects, and was discussed. In the end the paper points out, the listed company executives gender characteristics and enterprise performance really do exist a certain correlation or influence, this kind of related research also needs to be further attention, It provides some empirical support and empirical evidence to improve enterprise performance.
