主要的工作职责(对工作结果负责)
Main Responsibilities:

1、?负责制定集团公司总部人力资源战略规划;
Be responsible to make strategy planning for human resources development;
2、?负责督促集团公司总部人力资源战略的执行;
Be responsible to manage the implementation of the human resources strategy;
3、?负责建立畅通的沟通渠道和有效的激励机制;
Be responsible to establish communication channels and effective incentive policies;
4、?支持全球各事业部的发展,特别是中国区的业务发展;领导完成全球HR重大项目等
Support the development of all business units worldwide (especially in China region) and lead key global HR projects

l?人力资源规划 HR Strategy
1、?参与集团公司总部重大人事决策;
Participate in all kinds of human resources decisions
2、?定期组织收集有关人事、招聘、培训、考核、薪酬等方面的信息,为重大人事决策提供信息支持;
Manage an in-depth understanding of key issues faced today in recruiting、training、CB, prepare effective supportive information for decision making;
3、?建立集团公司总部和各分、子公司内部畅通的沟通渠道,及时了解员工意见和想法,并反馈给相关部门
Build effective communication channels within the organization to get all the feedback timely;
Conduct and implement all the human resources policies;

4、?定期收集员工想法和建议;
Collect feedback from employees?regularly;
5、?受理员工投诉,调查后落实相关部门解决;
Oversee employee relations including accepting employee complaints and providing support to employees;
6、?处理各种与劳动合同相关的事宜;
Dealing with all kinds of labor issues
