新生代农民工幸福感及其影响因素分析 ——基于成都市工业园区695份调查数据 摘要：新生代农民工，是社会主义现代化建设的重要力量，其生存和发展状况日益受到 社会的关注。本文利用成都市4大工业园区的695位流水线上新生代农民工的调查数据， 首先通过建立二次模糊综合评判模型，得到了成都市流水线上新生代农民工的幸福感指 数为3.0395，幸福程度处于一般到比较幸福之间，离比较幸福仍具有一定差距。其次运 用多元逐步回归模型，在显著水平下，得到了影响成都地区流水线上新生代农民工幸福 的显著因素，按相关性从大到小排序依次为：工资、家人健康、劳动强度、监督机制、 工作方式、社会公平。最后就幸福感影响因素提出了提高新生代农民工幸福感的政策建 议。 关键词：新生代农民工；幸福感；影响因素；模糊综合评判；多元逐步回归；成都市 New GenerationPeasantWorkers’index ofHappinessandthe AnalysisofItsInfluencingFactors ——Basedonthe395copiesofquestionnaires fromChengduIndustrialParks Abstract: The new generation peasant workers, is an important force for socialist modernization, and their survival and development are increasingly subject to social concern of the community.395 copies of questionnaires from the new generation peasant workers on the assembly line are taken from four Chengdu-based Industrial Parks. Firstly, the analyzed survey data indicates that the index of happiness is 3.0395by constructing a secondary fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,which means their happiness degree are among an ordinary to a quite level but there still exists a certain gap with the quite level .Secondly, multiple stepwise regression model is used and with F value significant level, we know that the significant factors affecting their happiness in Chengdu region are arranged from large to small by relevance as follows: wages, fitness of the family, labor intensity, supervision mechanism,operatingmodeand social equity.Lastly theauthor givespolicy advice on raising index ofhappinessaccordingtoinfluence factorsofthehappinessindex.
