PAGE PAGE 7 PAGE 1 江苏大学继续教育学院毕业论文 ISO9001质量管理体系在A医院管理的应用探讨 学 生 姓 名 指 导 教 师 班 级 、 学 号 工商管理1101 函 授 站 摘 要 伴随着改革开放的步伐加速及社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善，我国医疗卫生事业在经济全球化浪潮中竞争日趋激烈，为谋取自身发展就必须加强医院管理。医院管理的核心内容是质量管理，医院在质量管理方面应该寻求更为先进的管理方式和模式。为此，医院将引入ISO9001质量管理体系。ISO9001质量管理体系是质量管理的国际化标准，不单为世界各国在实现本国企业的有序管理方面提出标准，还可以为医院的质量管理提供诸多可参考的管理经验和指导手段。鉴于此，ISO9001质量管理体系得到越来越多的医疗卫生单位及相关管理人员的高度重视和广泛关注。本文主要从质量管理的角度探讨医院引入ISO9001质量管理体系对于医院质量管理的各种影响，发现医院质量管理的现状与不足，并提出对今后开展医院质量管理工作的一些看法和建议。 关键词：ISO9001；质量管理体系；质量目标；管理原则 ABSTRACT With the pace of reform and opening-up and the acceleration of socialist market economic system continuously improved, Chinas medical and health industry competition in the tide of economic globalization is becoming increasingly fierce, we must strengthen the management of hospital to seek their own development. The core of hospital management is quality management, hospital in quality management should seek more advanced management mode and. To this end, the hospital will be the introduction of ISO9001 quality management system. The ISO9001 quality management system is the quality management of international standard, not only for the countries in the world to achieve the orderly management of domestic enterprises and puts forward a standard, can also provide a lot of reference management experience and guidance method for quality management in hospital. In view of this, the ISO9001 quality management system has been highly regarded and widely attention more and more medical and health units and the relevant management personnel. This paper mainly introduced the ISO9001 quality management system for all kinds of effects of hospital quality management from the perspective of quality management of hospital, found that the current situation and deficiency of hospital quality management, and puts forward some views on and suggestions for future development of hospital quality management.
