摘要 我国自加入世界贸易组织(World Trade Organization, WTO)以来,旅游业 进入了一个发展的黄金时期。特别是最近几年旅游业展现了前所未有的巨大影响 力，如今，旅游业在国民经济中的地位得到了巨大的提升。 2010年1月4日，国务院发布《国务院关于推进国际旅游岛建设发展若 干意见》，至此，海南国际旅游岛建设正式步入正轨。近几年来，海南进入了大 力发展旅游的建设当屮，可以看到整个面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化。但在海南如 火如荼的发展旅游的同时，切不可盲目的建设发展，使海南建设国际旅游岛的步 伐稳而不乱。 通过对其旅游发展的优势和劣势进行分析，进而扬长避短，使海南国际旅游 岛的建设顺利进行，建成世界一流海岛休闲度假旅游胜地，使之成为开放之岛、 绿色Z岛、文明Z岛、和谐Z岛。 关键词：海南；国际旅游岛；优势；劣势 Abstract Since China joined the World Trade Organization (World Trade Organization, WTO) since the tourism industry entered the golden period of development.
