Abstract
With the development of society, business cooperationbetween companies is dramaticallyincreased. Impacts of cultural differences on West-Easternbusiness negotiation is also more andmore important. Negotiators from different conutries willbring different cultures tothe negotiation table. Cultuer forges values that define ones thinking and behavior. The negotiators from thetwo cultures experience failureoften due to the cultural factors. Thus, to negotiate effectively, negotiators should have a good understanding of culture andcultural differences. More importantly, they should know how negotiation is affected by culture. In doing so, negotiators can predict the process and adjust strategies in order toreach a satisfactroy agreement.
