PAGE 1 第一章 总论 1 ANSHUN UNIVERSITY 本科生毕业论文（设计） （2009～2013年） 题 目： 红茶与绿茶中咖啡因的测量与对比 系 别： 化学生物与农学系 专业班级： 化学2009级 学生姓名： 学号： 200904014021 指导教师： 职称： 讲师 起讫日期： 2012.9.1～2013.4.9 摘 要 PAGE 1 PAGE 1 红茶与绿茶中咖啡因的测量与对比 专业：化学 学 号：200904014021 姓名： 指导教师： 摘 要 红茶与绿茶中含有许多种生物碱，咖啡因是主要的成分，少量的咖啡因就能够对人体具有刺激，兴奋中枢神经、消除疲劳、防止衰老、阻止肥胖等功效。然而过量地摄入咖啡因对人体会产生副作用，如引起心悸、难以入睡、高血压和影响妊娠等。本文是用云南的红茶和都匀的绿茶作为原料，用有机实验索氏法提取咖啡因的原理作为本文理论基础，用索氏提取升华法提取红茶与绿茶中的生物碱—咖啡因。本实验设置共3个组，分别测量出三组数值，然后取其平均值，从而减小实验过程中的误差。 关键词：咖啡因 红茶与绿茶 索氏提起升华法 测量 Abstract PAGE 2 PAGE 2 Measurement and comparison the caffeine in Black tea and green tea Black tea and green tea contains many kinds of alkaloids, caffeine is the main component, a small amount of caffeine can has stimulation to the human body, excited central nervous, eliminate fatigue, prevent aging, prevent fat etc. However, too much intake of caffeine on the body side effects, such as those that cause heart palpitations, difficult to fall asleep, high blood pressure, and affect the pregnancy, etc. This paper is to use yunnan DouYun black tea and green tea as raw materials, the principle of organic experiment soxhlet method was used to extract caffeine as theoretical basis, this paper extracted by soxhlet extraction distillation method alkaloid caffeine - in black tea and green tea. This experiment set a total of three groups, respectively measure the three sets of values, and then take the average value, so as to reduce the error in the process of experiment.
