PAGE l l 东北财经大学本科毕业论文 华高科技公司项目管理激励设计研究 作 者： 院 系： 江苏电大 专 业： 工商管理 年 级： 学 号： 指导老师： 答辩日期： 成 绩： 摘 要 华高科技（苏州）有限公司（以下简称“华高公司”）是香港王氏集团在苏州工园区投资设立的独资企业，华高公司引进国外先进设备，生产各类印刷线路板，主要用于各类电子产品的配套，产品性能优越，品质优良。随着市场竞争的日益激烈，客户对产品的质量、价格和交货时间提出了更严格的要求，如何才能最大限度地满足客户对加工产品的各种要求，如何才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地，这已经成为华高项目管理中的一项重要课题。 “人是企业中最关键的因素”已经被越来越多的管理者所认同。华高公司项目管理水平能否得到提升与项目管理中人员激励有密切的关系。本文通过对华高科技公司项目管理中激励的设计研究，试图为华高公司提高项目管理效率提出一条新的思路。 本文首先对现代项目管理理论及现代激励理论进行了介绍，然后分析了华高公司项目管理激励的现状，其中包括公司项目管理概况，现有的项目管理激励措施介绍、激励存在的问题。在本文的第四部分，对华高公司的项目管理激励进行了重新设计，其中包括物质激励设计和精神激励设计两部分。 关键词： 项目管理 激励 设计 ABSTRACT WELCO TECHNOLOGY(Suzhou) Co., Ltd.( hereafter referred to as WELCO Company) is a private enterprise of Hong Kong Wongs Group, which was localed in Suzhou Industrial Park. WELCO Company introduced the foreign advanced equipment, and produced all kinds of PCBA(printed circle board assembly), which was mainly used in the electronic products. The properties of product are superior, best in quality. One that is with market competition is fierce day by day, the quality, price and putting forward stricter request at time of delivery to the products of customer, How could meet the customer to various kinds of requests of processing products to the maximum extent, How could establish in an unassailable position in the fierce market competition, this has already become an important subject in project management. “People are enterprises’ most key factors” had already been approved by more and more administrators. WELCO Company’s project management level had close relations with the employee motivation of project management. This dissertation adopts the design research to encouraging in WELCO Company’s project management, and attempt to improve the efficiency of management of the project and puts forward a new train of thought for WELCO Company.
