After all groups of mice were given by gavage for 28 days, the latent periods and frequencies of chasing and inter- course were recorded, and the organ coefficients and sperm production capacity were tested. Re- sults showed that for M2, P0 and M1 groups, the latent periods of chasing and intercourse were shortened, and the frequencies of chasing and intercourse were increased with an increased sperm production.
